A terrifying game-ready creature model created for the action RPG as part of an outsourcing project. The process began with detailed concept art, capturing the monstrous fusion of vulture and demon-like characteristics. High-poly sculpting was done in ZBrush to emphasize the intricate feather details, rugged skin texture, and muscular anatomy. The model was then retopologized in Maya to ensure optimal performance in real-time environments.
UV mapping was handled in RizomUV, followed by texture painting in Substance Painter, where diffuse, normal, and specular maps were meticulously crafted to achieve a realistic, sinister look. The creature was rigged in Blender, making it fully prepared for dynamic animations within Unreal Engine. The Model is designed to instill fear and dread, perfect for the dark fantasy & horror-themed RPG.
